From Fiumicino Airport (FCO):

BY TRAIN

The Leonardo Express is the direct train that serves the route between the airport and Termini railway station every 30 minutes.
Tickets cost EUR 14, available at the counter as well as the Termini news stand. Get your ticket stamped in a yellow validation machine just before using it. Ticket expires 90 minutes after validation.
The Leonardo Express train covers the distance in 30 minutes. The last departure from the airport is at 23.36

BY BUS

The bus line Terravision Shuttle Bus serves the route between the airport and the Termini station. Departure is from Terminal 3.
Ticket costs just EUR 5, its full run varies from 45 to 70 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
Frequencies throughout the day are at broadly 45 minutes intervals. Download the full timetable here. The last stop on the shuttle bus is usually on the Via Marsala side of Termini train station.

BY TAXI

Taxi service from Fiumicino airport to Celestino B&B area should be set around a rate of EUR 50.
Ignore touts who may approach you at the airport, offering a “taxi” service. Follow the signs to the taxi rank, and use an official taxi. They are licenced by the City of Rome. They are white, with a “TAXI” sign on the roof and the Rome crest (with “SPQR”) on the doors. They have a meter, which should always be used.

From Ciampino Airport (CIA):

BY TRAIN

You have to take the bus for Ciampino town, then the train to Rome. The bus is right outside as you exit the arrivals hall. The travel time from Ciampino Airport to Ciampino Station is about 10 minutes (depending on traffic conditions).
The cost of the train to Termini is EUR 1,50. Trains are every 15 minutes, although the last train from Ciampino Station to Termini leaves around 10pm (not ideal for late night arrivals), and the train journey Ciampino Train Station to Termini is 15 minutes.

BY COACH

Terravision Shuttle coaches from Ciampino to Termini are a better alternative to the train route and are easy to use. The ticket booth for the coaches is right there before you exit the airport. The cost is EUR 4 each return.
Service frequency: about every 30 minutes during the day, less frequent at night. Download the full timetable here. The last stop on the shuttle bus is usually on the Via Marsala side of Termini train station.
